At Bruce Mather Estate Agents, we are committed to providing our customers with a high level of service. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and if a customer feels that we have not dealt with their complaint professionally or efficiently, we are proud to work alongside the Property Ombudsman to resolve the issue.

The Property Ombudsman is an independent body that provides a free and impartial complaints service for people who have used a property professional. If you have a complaint about our services, you can contact the Property Ombudsman directly or ask us to do so on your behalf.

We believe that working alongside the Property Ombudsman is an important part of our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service. We are confident that the Property Ombudsman will be able to help us resolve any complaints quickly and fairly.
