As you are aware we are working from home this consists of 2 members of staff being as followings:

We are trying to operate as normal and having to adapt to government guidelines and social distancing. What are we doing from home? We are running our department in a slightly different way but we are still progressing sales and updating vendors and clients. We are embracing the digital age and have put property tours on to all of our properties where this has been possible. I would ask if any vendors have any photographs they would like to be added to their properties to email them in.

There are 2 new features we can offer which are Virtual Viewings and Valuations.

Virtual viewings can be done online via the property tours on Rightmove. If this spikes your interest we can then ask our vendor to carry out a viewing via Facetime or further photographs.

Virtual valuations what does this mean? We arrange an appointment to Facetime the client at a mutually agreeable time and discuss the property has normal. This is the techy part, the client will then guide us round the property virtually, very much the same as if we were in attendance. We understand that some clients cannot do this and ask them to send in photographs via email. We would do research on the property and report back to you with a figure.

These are challenging times and we are here to help and answer queries or advice you may need in selling or purchasing of your next home. Even if you just need someone to talk to give us a call.

Most people have just completed 1 week of Lockdown and there may be several more , children are doing their school work from home , with this in mind if they would like to send in any pictures or rainbows pictures we would love to post them to our Facebook page .
